If you are new to Chesapeake United, or a current player looking to make a change, please complete this form and a member of our staff will contact you in regard to a team or program for your player. Welcome to Chesapeake United!
  • Select the program you are interested in for your player and our staff will contact you with more information. Competitive: Highest level of play, ages 8 to 18 Advanced: Recreation Plus, second level of play, ages 8 to 18 Academy: Prep program for beginner and intermediate players, ages 6 and 7 First Start: Beginner Program, ages 3 to 5 More program information is available on the website under the “Soccer” drop down menu.
